Job Description
We currently have a number of requirements now and throughout the year for eager and committed team members for our Composites Laminator manufacturing teams. Full training will be provided.
About the Role
With an order book extending out into the next decade, we are looking for you to join our team as a Composite Laminator, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in the production of composite parts used in the aerospace industry.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
- An ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials used in the process, including learning the correct lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques. Relevant training will be provided.
- Precision, attention to detail and pride in following complex technical drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. Relevant training will be provided.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care. Your steady hands and keen eye for detail will ensure the integrity and quality of each laminated part.
- Challenges and unexpected issues will motivate you to find effective solutions and you will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems, to support the smooth production processes.
- Collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Your willingness to share knowledge and support your colleagues will be highly valued.
