Job Summary
The Head of Marketing, UK is the senior marketing leader for TADE businesses across the United Kingdom, setting regional marketing direction and acting as the primary marketing partner for Business Development and Sales and product leadership across UK sites.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Marketing and M&A, this person directs the Marketing Specialist, UK and works with specialist functions, including Trade Shows and Events, Brand and Creative Services, and Communications and Public Relations, for execution.
- Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing activity for TADE UK businesses, including brand execution, trade shows, digital presence, collateral, and public relations support.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for UK Business Development and Sales and product leadership, translating business priorities into marketing programmes.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for UK product lines, working within the broader D&A marketing strategy set by the VP of Marketing.
- Manage UK trade show participation in coordination with the Director of Trade Shows and Events, ensuring consistent representation across events.
- Oversee creation of technical marketing collateral, datasheets, and digital content tailored to UK business audiences and export control requirements.
- Direct the Marketing Specialist, UK, providing clear priorities and development support.
- Manage UK marketing budget, agency relationships, and vendor engagements, including social media and creative support.
- Job Qualifications
- Substantial experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for defence, aerospace, or electronics industry background.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently as the senior marketing presence in a region, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience directing trade show strategy, technical collateral development, and digital marketing programmes through a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product detail into compelling marketing direction.
- Familiarity with UK and EU export control considerations as they relate to marketing and technical disclosure.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Willingness to travel within the UK or Europe, including between UK sites and occasional international travel.
