We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional to join a growing and collaborative business, supporting the ongoing development and optimization of our Workday environment. As one of our primary team members in the EMEA time zone, you’ll provide critical coverage for global operations and partner closely with our HR teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support across the Workday platform, including issue resolution, user support, research, and training activities
- Support system configuration changes, business process improvements, and large-scale employee data updates
- Conduct detailed audits, reconciliations, and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across systems
- Build Workday reports including sophisticated reports, matrix reports and dashboards
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve system utilization and automate processes
- Train end users on new processes/functionality including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Support and mentor other team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all regions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience working within HRIS, HR systems, or HR technology support environment
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM
- Good understanding of HR processes, systems, and operational workflows
- Experience supporting system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and continuous improvement activity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capability, including strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with integrations and data loads (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) preferred
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with a structured and results-driven approach
- Ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with GDPR and audit requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with IT, Finance and other departments
- Experience supporting a complex, international organization
- Must work well independently with minimal direction, but also enjoy working as part of a global team
