Overview
In this role, you will drive safety, quality and environmental stewardship across manufacturing and non-manufacturing activities.
You’ll maintain and strengthen the QHSE management system to support ongoing ISO certification and compliance.
You will lead risk assessments, audits and investigations to identify root causes and prevent incidents, while supporting customer visits and supplier audits.
You’ll work closely with the Aberdeen team and production to embed a proactive QHSE culture and contribute to corporate environmental initiatives.
This is a hands-on role in a technically demanding, safety‑critical environment where your impact improves people, processes and performance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct and review risk assessments for all processes and create action plans for mitigation
- Ensure adherence to QHSE legislation, standards and company policies; maintain legislation register
- Perform regular audits of H&S, quality and environmental management systems and control processes
- Participate in customer visits and audits; support supplier audits as lead auditor
- Communicate effectively to strengthen QHSE culture; prepare quality documentation for orders, deliveries, or audits
- Coordinate response to non-conformances from internal processes, customers, and third-party auditors
- Lead investigations of hazard observations, near misses and accidents to identify root causes
- Advise Aberdeen team on Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety issues
- Organize and present annual Safety Day and corporate environmental initiatives with Head of business operation
- Provide QHSE support throughout all project phases and on-site facilities coordination
- Manage MRBs, NCRs and 8Ds
- Support other areas during vacation/sickness
- Handle on-going regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Other activities as defined by Head of business operation
- Key requirements
- Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional certification
- Relevant QEHS experience in Manufacturing or Oil & Gas / Energy
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Clear communicator capable of leading and motivating teams
- Team oriented with cross-functional relationship skills
- Proactive prevention approach with root cause analysis (5Why, fishbone, Pareto, FMEA)
- Organised and numerate with disciplined administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
