TelecomTV is an established, respected provider of news and analysis for the global telecom industry via its multimedia platform, primarily focusing on the evolution of communication service providers (CSPs) to digital service providers (DSPs). TelecomTV generates daily written news coverage and regular industry reports, produces video interviews and panel discussions, hosts webinars, organises multiple digital summits, and hosts in-person events throughout the year, including the annual DSP Leaders World Forum and the Great Telco Debate. TelecomTV is also active at major telecom industry events such as Mobile World Congress (MWC) and Digital Transformation World (DTW Ignite).
About the Role
TelecomTV is seeking a well-organised and insightful individual to support our global summits and leadership events. This role will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality speakers from across the telecoms and enterprise technology ecosystem. Working closely with the Client Services Director, you’ll help shape our event agendas by researching speaker trends, tracking who’s active on the industry circuit, and ensuring a strong mix of returning contributors and new voices.
You’ll also support with the outreach process, from invitations to confirmations, and take ownership of maintaining our speaker database. This is a hands-on, mid-level role suited to someone with good telecoms industry awareness and a proactive approach to content curation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify and recommend speakers aligned to each summit or editorial theme
- Track who is speaking at competitor events and across the wider telecoms landscape
- Build structured speaker shortlists, cross-referencing against existing contacts
- Grow our new speaker pool by at least 25% year-on-year
- Draft and send speaker invitations and manage follow-up communications
- Maintain and expand our internal speaker database, with clear notes and tracking
- Support coordination of speaker logistics, briefing notes and internal handovers
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing and production teams as needed
- Monitor and report on speaker engagement and progress against targets
Skills & Experience
- Have a working understanding of the telecom sector (including existing contacts in the industry)
- Strong research and analytical skills, with good industry awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and industry experts
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Comfortable using Excel, Trello, Monday or CRM tools
- A genuine interest in telecoms, connectivity and enterprise innovation
