Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a leading global telecommunications and digital infrastructure investment firm. We operate in 16 countries and are backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure.

TIP acts as a trusted commercial partner to property owners who host structures such as mobile (cell) sites, rooftop antennas, or fiber equipment. We provide upfront lease payments and professionally manage agreements, giving owners financial security, reducing risk, and handling the long-term complexities of their leases.

We also work closely with telecom operators and infrastructure companies, offering reliable, structured access to network sites under clear, professionally managed agreements. This approach allows operators to focus on building and operating networks, while we manage lease administration and complexity.

Our work sits at the intersection of finance, telecom, and real estate, and at the heart of it all is our commitment to long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and value.

As a Paralegal at TIP, you’ll sit in the group legal team, supporting a broad range of legal activities across multiple jurisdictions. Your primary focus will be UK commercial property matters, particularly telecoms lease renewals, while also taking ownership of key operational processes such as our global litigation tracker.

This is a hands-on role where you will take real ownership from day one. You’ll be trusted to manage workflows, maintain critical legal records, and support the business with accurate, timely, and commercially aware legal coordination. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of telecoms lease renewal matters, supporting the process from intake through to completion.
  • Review lease documentation against agreed templates, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and missing information.
  • Prepare, track, and manage legal documents, including execution processes and post-completion steps such as Land Registry requirements.
  • Support additional property matters including acquisitions, variations, licences, and broader landlord-and-tenant work.
  • Take full ownership of the global litigation tracker, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, and reflects key deadlines and actions.
  • Liaise with country teams and external counsel to gather updates and maintain visibility across all active legal matters.
  • Support corporate, compliance, and operational legal processes, including KYC/UBO requirements and entity management.
  • Assist with audit processes, corporate housekeeping, and maintaining legal records and registers.
  • Track external legal spend, manage invoices, and support budget visibility across the legal function.
  • Draft straightforward legal documents such as NDAs, licences, and internal policies using established templates.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, document control, and confidentiality across all legal materials.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across asset management and other teams, providing clear and practical legal support.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within commercial property or a law firm environment.
  • Understands landlord-and-tenant principles, with exposure to telecoms leases or similar being advantageous.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage a high volume of work with competing deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders, including external counsel and internal teams.
  • Takes ownership of their work and can operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Has strong attention to detail and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Is proactive, curious, and motivated to build a long-term career in an in-house legal environment.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with litigation or matter tracking processes.
  • Exposure to KYC/UBO, compliance, or corporate governance activities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, DocuSign, or document management systems.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with international stakeholders.
  • A law degree, GDL, SQE1, CILEX or equivalent qualification.

Working at TIP means joining a fast-growing international company where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of legal work and take on more responsibility than a typical paralegal role. We want our employees to thrive, both professionally and personally, and we offer a range of benefits designed to support that:

  • 12 month fixed term contract.
  • £32-35,000 base salary.
  • Remote working model with connections to a local office on an ad hoc basis (London/Shrewsbury).
  • Opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression within an in-house legal team.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll work closely with experienced legal professionals.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing infrastructure business.
