We also work closely with telecom operators and infrastructure companies, offering reliable, structured access to network sites under clear, professionally managed agreements. Our approach ensures operators can focus on building and operating networks while we handle lease management and administrative complexity.
TIP operates in 14 countries and is backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure. Our work sits at the intersection of finance, telecom, and real estate, and at the heart of it all is our commitment to long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and value.

We’re focused on building a culture that supports both pace and progress. That means putting strong foundations in place, being clear on our values, and creating an environment where people can do their best work with trust, autonomy, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
