Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a leading global telecommunications and digital infrastructure investment firm. We operate in 15 countries and are backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure.
TIP acts as a trusted commercial partner to property owners who host structures such as mobile (cell) sites, rooftop antennas, or fibre equipment. We provide upfront lease payments and professionally manage agreements, giving owners financial security, reducing risk, and handling the long-term complexity of their leases. We also work closely with telecom operators and infrastructure companies, offering reliable, structured access to network sites under clear, professionally managed agreements.
Our work sits at the intersection of finance, telecom, and real estate, with long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and value at the centre of everything we do.
We’re a company in motion. Like many growing businesses, things move fast and not everything is fully refined. We're building processes, shaping systems, improving how we work, and learning as we go. It’s not always perfect, but that’s where the opportunity lies in making a meaningful impact and helping to shape what TIP becomes next.
- We Put People First.
- We Pursue Excellence.
- We Act with Authenticity.
- We Act with Integrity.
- We Embrace Change.
We’re focused on building a culture that balances pace with progress. That means putting strong foundations in place, being clear on our values, and creating an environment where people can do their best work with trust, autonomy, and accountability.
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support the global HR team in delivering a consistent, high-quality people experience across TIP, ensuring HR delivery remains practical, scalable, and aligned to our culture. You will work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders within multiple European entities, to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where you will contribute to how processes are delivered and improved. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
In this role, you will:
- Support delivery of core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including talent, learning, engagement, and HR operations.
- Partner with leaders across multiple countries, building trusted relationships and providing practical, people-focused support.
- Help develop and embed consistent HR policies, processes, and tools globally, ensuring they work effectively in local contexts.
- Support performance, succession, and career development activities across the business.
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, helping turn insight into action.
- Support reward cycles, including salary and bonus review processes.
- Use people data and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support rollout and adoption of HR systems, ensuring accurate and effective use of employee data.
- Contribute to onboarding and employee experience activities, ensuring new joiners are well supported.
- Provide HR operational support, including payroll input, administration, and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Help ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen the employee experience.
This role will suit someone early in their HRBP journey, or an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step into a global, business-facing role. You will likely bring:
- Strong HR experience in an advisory, generalist, or junior HRBP role.
- Fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries.
- A practical, hands-on approach and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures and seniority levels.
- An interest in how HR supports business performance and growth.
- Awareness of cultural and local differences, and the ability to balance consistency with flexibility.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and creating a positive employee experience.
Working at TIP means joining a growing international business that is still developing how it operates, with the opportunity to help shape how things are built and improved over time. You will gain exposure to a broad range of HR activity within an international environment, while contributing to how processes, tools, and ways of working are delivered.
Alongside this, you can expect:
- Learning and development opportunities within an international business.
- Flexible and remote working arrangements.
- A collaborative environment where ideas for improvement are welcomed and acted on.
