Salary: £45 - 55K (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Location: Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible working options available.

Telecom Acquisitions is going through an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to support the increase of multiple consumer brands in the UK broadband and energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering campaigns, supporting acquisitions, and driving customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key Requirements:

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across 7 residential broadband brands and 1 B2B brand.
  • Assist with brand and customer acquisitions, including the transfer of marketing assets and onboarding of new customer bases.
  • Manage and grow day-to-day digital marketing activity, including e-commerce, CRO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Contribute to customer journey improvements, including renewals, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of new marketing technologies, including AI-driven campaigns and automation software.
  • Maintain brand reputation through customer review platforms (Trustpilot, Google reviews), PR, and listings on comparison sites.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting to the senior marketing team.
  • Working cross-functionally with both internal and external sales teams.
  • Design and plan a marketing approach for a rolling 12-month period.
  • To be able to work in a hands-on environment where you will manage the design through to the execution.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hands-on marketing professional with minimum 4 years' experience across digital channels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, automation, and customer optimisation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Our suppliers are some of the biggest in the business and harnessing the great product we have is fundamental to the role - we are part owned by TalkTalk so opportunity for growth and development is huge. The right candidate will be data driven and crucially able to initiate marketing campaigns built on data insight and optimising our customer journey through multiple touch points both on and offline. This position will report directly into our CSO and will be responsible for managing a growing team.
