The predicted salary is between 28000 - 32000 £ per year.
· As an integral part of the team, the Internal Senior Sales Administrator at TAL will never have a dull day!
· Managing Sales leads and campaign data from our CRM and our MaxContact dialler.
· Monitoring and managing centralised mailboxes for our suppliers, handling incoming queries and requests, ensuring supplier updates are added to relevant tickets promptly.
· Providing regular reporting and updates to Senior Management with regards to call outcomes, quality of leads, connections rates, agents stats.
· Dialler Management.
· Daily meetings with our lead suppliers.
· Attending meetings, actioning minutes and distributing action points with Senior Management.
· Providing regular reporting and updates to Senior Management with regards to call outcomes, quality of leads, connections rates, agents stats.
· Liaising with all internal departments to ensure our client experience is as smooth as possible.
· Working closely with our Sales team, managing the sales inbox daily, actioning and distributing tasks.
· Complete compliance administrative tasks surrounding the maintenance of our proudly presented ISO accreditations and Ofcom rules regarding outbound calling.
· Raising purchase orders where necessary and subsequent actions to conclude.
· Work closely alongside existing Administrators to ensure harmonious completion of tasks.
· Minimum 12 months’ proven administration experience in a Sales environment.
· With clear, career progression opportunities with a view to move into a management role.
· Strong IT Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Exceptional organisational skills. This includes prioritisation of workload.
· Strong interpersonal skills to integrate to the team.
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent numerical skills.
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) Overtime is available and paid at time and a half including weekends and bank holidays!
