Responsibilities
- Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
- Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers as required.
- Perform document filing, and data entry related to shipping and billing.
- Communicate with customers and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Provide support to the logistics and sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support.
- Familiar with preparing delivery and shipping documents.
- Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
