We are looking for x3 Receptionists, working between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, on a 4 week flexi rota.
The role is a varied and interesting job working in a medical practice within the reception area, the role includes, call handling and administrative duties. The role holder will have excellent communications skills for face to face and telephone interactions with patients and service providers and other health professionals at all levels. The role holder will have experience in dealing with the general public. To have positive demeanour and stay calm and work under pressure will also a kind and empathetic approach.The post holder will be required to proactively communicate to relevant people i.e. staff, clinicians, patients and visitors you will have good PC literacy skills, using MS Office packages and NHS systems for which you will be given training. Ensuring attention to detail and consistently following protocols and procedures to respond to patient/ clinicians requests and support with any urgent admin requirements. The role requires good organisational skills and be able to effectively prioritise their work.

The job is in a fast paced environment working as a team player as part of a team at all Teldoc sites.
About us
The role is based at any of the 6 Teldoc practices, but you may be required to provide cover at the Shifnal sites, so you must be able to travel.
Hours of work will be between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm, fully flexible, to include 1 Saturday per month.

- To support with the regular upkeep ofboth sites,adhering to and reinforcing health and safety across all sites
