We are at an exciting period of our practice's journey and are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the team. Hours of work will be up to 35 hours per week, between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Interviews will be held on 15/04/2026.
Main duties of the job:

- Provide administration within our main hub offices across different teams, from booking appointments, some outgoing calls, and support for our COVID vaccine rollout programme and any future programmes.
- Scanning, medical reports and prescriptions, including QOF.

Job responsibilities:
- To be shortlisted, you will have a flexible/adaptable approach to work in order to meet the various deadlines required.
- Provide administration within our main hub offices across different teams, from scanning, medical reports and prescriptions, including QOF and support for our COVID vaccine rollout programme and any future programmes.
- Be able to provide precise quality data entry to various software systems and assist the recall team in contacting patients to support their care needs.
- Provide administration support when required in other areas of the Computerised data management department.
- You must work well under pressure, with varying demands of work throughout the day.
- You must be able to communicate effectively; working closely with all managers and departmental functions, with a strong team ethos and can-do attitude and bring a positive and significant contribution to the team.
Person Specification:
- Experience IT skills are essential.
