Job Description

Whitehall Garden Centre, a family-run and award-winning business, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and a passion for fresh food.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organising and managing your own section within the kitchen.
2. Training junior staff members.
3. Stock control and compliance.
4. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
5. Meeting company standards and specifications.

Working Hours

4 days per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends. No split shifts. Bank holidays required.
