Role Summary

We are seeking versatile Account Managers who can sell our full suite of managed services, including Telecoms, Connectivity, IT Support, and Cybersecurity. While all Account Managers are expected to deliver solutions across these areas, individuals may lead with either Telecoms or IT based on their strongest area of expertise. This role requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to develop and expand relationships, ensuring comprehensive support and value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with the client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  3. Understand client needs to recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Accurately track and report on sales activities and pipeline progress.

What Skills & Experience Will I Need?

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of sales or account management experience within the managed services industry.
