We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Lead to join our capable and compact Marketing Team. The Growth Marketing Lead will own Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Ads and Website UX, whilst working closely with other internal teams on app and portal UX design.

This role plays a key part in driving client acquisition and identifying new growth opportunities through our online channels, while contributing to the design and development of UX journeys for the Customer Delivery team. The right person will be comfortable refining digital marketing experiences across website journeys, online advertising and analytics, and will work closely with our Tech team to support app and portal UI/UX enhancements. Relevant experience in related fields is expected.

You’ll join a team focused on directly improving healthcare journeys and shaping the future of our products. Priorities will evolve, meaning no two months look the same. The role is remote, with occasional travel to Brighton required.

Core Responsibilities – Marketing
  • Website UX – Digital experience refinement – reviewing content and working with the wider team to adjust pages for optimum performance and lead conversion
  • Google Analytics – Manage Google Analytics reporting and make benchmarking suggestions based on performance using Google Tag Manager and site performance data
  • Google Ads – Set-up, tagging, monitoring, optimization, reporting. Brief marketing team on design requirements.
  • LinkedIn Campaigns – Set-up, conversion coding, monitoring, optimization, reporting. Brief marketing team on design requirements.
  • Emails – Support team in creating emails (HTML, Mailchimp) to best-practice standards as required.
Supporting Responsibilities – Customer Delivery
  • Inter-departmental collaboration – Work with Quality and Customer teams to incorporate member feedback into our processes
  • Product strategy – Strategically reviewing competitor activity and conducting market research to ensure we stay ahead of the curve
  • Redesign of client Management Information (MI) – Work with Tech team on UI/UX improvements – on app and design of MI portal and other products
Skill Requirements/Preferences
  • Showcase previous website management projects and quantify improvements made to user journeys
  • Experience/empathy for new marketing tools to enhance UX
  • Experience in implementing tracking with GTM and analysis of user behaviour to make suggestions
  • Management of Google Ad campaigns (post-2024 algorithmic changes) and evidence of lead conversion improvements
  • Ownership of LinkedIn Campaign Manager functionality and conversions via social platforms
  • Experience in being proactively responsive to service user feedback
  • Responsive to market
  • Experience in app and portal UX design, with tools such as/similar to Figma and Supademo to plan and illustrate such visuals

This flexible role will be best for an agile and proactive team player. Priorities change over time, so no two months will be the same in terms of delivery.

Education Requirements
  • Evidence of ownership, impact and proven independent work within a Growth or Performance Marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
