ELA Active Ltd is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Level 2 Swimming Teachers to join our growing swim school team across Impington and Chesterton Sports Centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging, and progressive swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
- Teach swimmers aged 3 years through to adults across a range of abilities.
- Support swimmers in developing technique, confidence, and water safety skills.
- Maintain accurate class registers and provide constructive feedback to swimmers and parents.
- Work collaboratively with Swim Assistants and lifeguard teams.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, safety, and customer care.
- Provide flexible lesson cover where required.
Qualifications
- Swim England (ASA) Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Swimming (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
- Strong focus on safety, learning, and customer experience.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide cover shifts.
