Tela Technology is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer in London to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve IT incidents. You will support team members, act as an escalation point, and travel to client sites as needed.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and strong communication skills, with an interest in technology. This role requires in-office attendance at our London Bridge office. Working shifts between 08:00 and 18:30 are expected.
