Key Objective: Focus on developing opportunities for Business Development Managers selling mobile and fixed propositions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working to an individual monthly appointment target
  • Contacting organisations that are not customers of Tela Technology, to arrange a meeting for a Business Development Manager to attend and discuss their communication requirements
  • Building a pipeline of potential appointments
  • Ensure the CRM is updated with each call
  • Work to a meeting validation process to ensure a quality approach
  • Proactively promoting the Tela Technology brand

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-13:00 (full time, part time options available)

Location: Hybrid working; Tues-Thurs in Hampton in Arden, Mondays & Fridays from home

Compensation:

  • Basic salary between £24,000 - £28,000
  • Uncapped commission
  • An additional bonus for appointments converted
  • 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day for every year served to a maximum of 25 days
  • An additional day off to celebrate your birthday
