Role Key tasks includes:

  • Technical consultations: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects; explain technical options and trade-offs.
  • Design and deploy IT solutions: Servers, networks, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, M365), firewalls, backup systems.
  • Security implementations: Endpoint protection, patch management, DLP.
  • Security consultancy: Conduct security assessments (such as Cyber Essentials, Microsoft Copilot, PCI-DSS, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability assessments).
  • Scoping & planning: Collaborate with account managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Creating quotations.
  • Time tracking & reporting: Log hours and update stakeholders.
  • On-site visits: Perform installations or resolve complex issues that require physical presence.

Senior Role:

  • Mentoring SD and Project team.
  • Escalation point for Project team.
  • PM for the project team.

In order to deliver projects to a high standard it is imperative that you have the skills to do so. Therefore doing at least 2 training courses a year is essential. All of your training will be focused around the projects which we need to deliver in the coming 12-18 months.

Personal specifications Required Experience:

  • 5 years+ at a Managed Service Provider and a proven track record of consulting.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Required MS-900 or greater, other certifications advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
