Location: Corsham, Wiltshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Clearance: DV Cleared (active and transferable required)
Duration: 12 months initial
Overview
Tektora are supporting a key defence programme requiring a proven Programme Manager to lead a secure infrastructure transformation across multiple classified environments. You’ll oversee delivery through structured governance, stakeholder alignment, and technical programme control.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes within secure environments
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to tight milestones
- Drive stakeholder engagement across MOD and prime contractor interfaces
- Maintain governance, RAID, and financial oversight across workstreams
- Deliver clear reporting into senior leadership and programme boards
Requirements
- Active DV Clearance
- Proven experience managing secure or defence-based technology programmes
- Background in infrastructure, network, or security delivery beneficial
- Excellent communication and governance documentation skills
