Networkology is on the lookout for a Cisco Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, we’re building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies. If you are DV-cleared, Cisco-certified, and ready to get stuck into exciting technical work in a secure and collaborative environment — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
  • Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
  • Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
  • Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
  • Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records

What You Bring

  • DV Clearance – Essential
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Networking
  • Security
  • Unified Collaboration
  • Data Centre (DC)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems
  • Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
