Networkology is on the lookout for a Cisco Engineer to support a high-profile, secure environment. As we expand into 2025, we’re building out a strong, hands-on technical team to deliver excellence across Networking, Security, Unified Collaboration, and Data Centre (DC) technologies.
If you are DV-cleared, Cisco-certified, and ready to get stuck into exciting technical work in a secure and collaborative environment — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
- Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
- Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
- Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
- Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records
What You Bring
- DV Clearance – Essential
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Networking
- Security
- Unified Collaboration
- Data Centre (DC)
