Tektora are supporting an established SME who are looking to speak with DV Cleared Exit / Change Managers for a Hampshire-based opportunity.
This role would suit someone with strong MoD experience who has supported complex service transition, exit or change activity within secure environments. You will be involved in managing service exit processes, stakeholder engagement and controlled change across defence programmes.
The Role
You will be involved in:
- Managing service exit and transition activity across secure programmes
- Supporting change management processes within MoD environments
- Coordinating stakeholders across client, supplier and internal teams
- Ensuring service exit activity is delivered in line with governance and contractual requirements
- Supporting risk, issue and dependency management
- Producing and maintaining exit plans, change documentation and reporting
- Working closely with technical, service and programme teams to ensure a controlled handover
Key Experience Required
- Active DV Clearance
- Previous experience in an Exit Manager, Change Manager, Service Transition Manager or Service Delivery role
- Understanding of ITIL, change governance and service management processes
- Comfortable working in secure environments
- Open to contract or permanent opportunities
- Experience working with defence suppliers, consultancies or managed service providers
- ITIL certification
- Experience supporting service transition, supplier exit or contract exit activity
- Strong reporting and governance experience
