Tektora is looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer to join a secure programme in Hampshire. This role is focused on supporting and improving ITSM processes, configuration, and service delivery in secure environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a strong background in IT Service Management
- experience with ITSM tooling
- comfort working across technical teams in a secure setting
