Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Service Operations / Network Engineer to support a customer‑facing service environment. This role combines strong technical networking expertise with service operations and incident management responsibility, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence. The position is well suited to:

  • An experienced Network or Technical Engineer looking to move into a more service‑focused role, or
  • A current Service Operations / Service Management professional with a solid technical networking background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support within a service management environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage customer incidents and problems through to resolution
  • Support incident, problem, and escalation management activities
  • Confidently manage customer escalations, acting as a key point of contact
  • Produce and present regular service reports to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear, plain‑English updates for senior stakeholders
  • Manage personal workload effectively while supporting multiple customer accounts
