Our platform helps leading architecture firms, contractors, engineers, and developers manage compliance, operational knowledge, and complex workflows using AI-first systems. We are now looking for a UK & Europe-focused Solution Architect to help drive deep customer discovery, operational understanding, and solution design across Tier 1 AEC engagements.
About The Role
This is not a traditional SaaS Solutions Architect role. We are looking for someone with deep experience inside major AEC consultancies who understands how Tier 1 firms actually operate, from design coordination and BIM workflows to regulatory compliance and organizational knowledge management. As Solution Architect, you will work directly with enterprise customers to uncover operational patterns, design AI-native solutions, and help shape how the AEC industry adopts next-generation technology.

You will work closely with commercial, delivery, and product teams while helping build Tektome’s growing Use Case Library, a core part of the company’s long-term competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Deep Customer Discovery
- Work directly with senior stakeholders across architecture, engineering, contractor, and developer organizations
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand workflows, operational bottlenecks, compliance processes, and knowledge flows
- Build trusted relationships through strong industry credibility and domain understanding
- Identify and Structure Operational Patterns
- Translate customer workflows into reusable operational Patterns
- Document and refine industry best practices and repeatable frameworks
- Contribute to Tektome’s global Use Case Library
- Design AI-Native Solutions
- Configure and shape solutions across Tektome’s platform ecosystem
- Design workflows, integrations, knowledge structures, and AI-driven processes tailored to each engagement
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
- Shape Innovation Programs
- Support the design of strategic, multi-quarter customer programs
- Help define project scope, success metrics, operational goals, and roadmap alignment
- Partner closely with enterprise and commercial leadership during customer engagements
- Contribute to Product Strategy
- Bring field insights and operational observations back into product discussions
- Help shape future platform capabilities based on real customer workflows and industry needs
Required Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience within a major AEC consultancy or related AEC organization
- Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, construction, or infrastructure workflows
- Experience working across multiple Tier 1 client engagements
- Experience with digital, computational, BIM, data-driven, or technology-enabled initiatives within AEC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or computational workflows in AEC
- Exposure to AI-native tooling or workflow automation
- Experience with enterprise software implementation or consulting
- Published industry thought leadership or conference speaking
- Chartered status with relevant professional organizations
