Product Management Specialist The Product Management Specialist will act as the New Outlook product subject matter expert and will be responsible for product governance, roadmap management, user guidance, feature analysis and adoption enablement. Key responsibilities include: • Maintain the New Outlook product portfolio, roadmap and feature catalogue. • Track Microsoft roadmap developments and assess organisational impact. • Maintain feature comparison and migration guidance between Classic Outlook and New Outlook. • Develop user-facing knowledge articles, FAQs and guidance documentation. • Create persona-based adoption recommendations and best practices. • Deliver awareness and knowledge-sharing sessions. • Manage user feedback collection and analysis. • Maintain a catalogue of known limitations, workarounds and enhancement opportunities.
