We are seeking a Risk Management consultant to support regulatory activities across emerging technologies. The role will focus on regulatory writing, stakeholder communications, industry research, and translating complex technical topics into clear business and regulatory messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author regulatory submissions, consultation responses, briefing papers, position statements, and stakeholder communications relating to quantum technologies and emerging technology risks.
  • Translate complex topics such as cryptography, quantum computing, and cyber resilience into clear and accessible content for regulators, executives, and non-technical audiences.
  • Support engagement with regulators, supervisory bodies, industry groups, and external stakeholders, preparing materials for governance meetings.
  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, industry guidance, and market expectations relating to emerging technologies and quantum risk.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure regulatory responses and published materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organisational strategy.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in a regulatory, policy, risk, consulting, or governance-focused role with significant report writing and content authoring responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology domains.
