The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of the Cost/Sell and Induct workstreams.
The role ensures alignment between stakeholders, business analysts, third-party development partners, and business SMEs to achieve agreed milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of the Cost/Sell and Induct workstreams.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders, consultants, business analysts, product owners, and development partners.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Track progress against delivery objectives and ensure workstreams remain on schedule and within budget.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across business and technology teams.
- Ensure delivery readiness, quality assurance, and successful transition into business operations.
- Support identification and management of change requests, scope impacts, and commercial considerations.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience delivering business transformation or technology projects, preferably in a wholesale business.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
