You will act as the primary onshore delivery lead, representing the offshore delivery teams and ensuring smooth, effective collaboration between client stakeholders and engineering teams. A highly influential role requiring strong communication, escalation management, and delivery oversight across a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onshore delivery representative.
- Manage client’s expectations and perceived delivery performance.
- Serve as an escalation point of contact, responding and routing issues appropriately.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
- Navigate a complex organisational structure to identify ownership and decision makers.
- Bridge communication between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Ensure offshore teams receive clear, timely, and accurate context and requirements.
- Support dependency management and issue resolution across delivery teams.
- Provide guidance and consultation on good delivery practices where possible.
- Help smooth communication during high-pressure or challenging delivery periods.
