A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Voice Recording Engineer to support and enhance its voice infrastructure across contact centres and trading environments. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of voice recording systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all voice recording technologies, with a focus on Verint WFO v15.
  • Oversee the recording and transcription of phone calls across various business units.
  • Lead a major Verint Evergreening Project, upgrading legacy servers to the latest infrastructure.
  • Execute server refreshes and ensure high availability of recording systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, operations, and IT to meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Provide Level 3 support for complex voice recording and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain and monitor hardware, software, and network components supporting voice recording.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Verint WFO v15 in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of voice recording infrastructure, including servers, storage, and telephony integration.
  • Experience supporting trading floor environments is a strong advantage.
