Role purpose: Own delivery and governance for cross-control initiatives and coordinate BAU across Control Operations. Ensure no surprises execution, timely escalation, and leadership-ready reporting.

Core responsibilities:

  • Front door for cross-control initiatives: intake/triage, define scope and plan, coordinate deliverables and dependencies, maintain RAID/trackers, run governance cadence, escalate blockers early with facts/options, provide timely status reporting.
  • BAU coordination across the team: resource/capacity planning and cover, budget tracking/forecasting support, coordination and submission of packs/materials/metrics, improve ways of working (templates, reporting, governance hygiene).
  • Stakeholder management: align partners across controls/risk/audit/ops/tech, land decisions, resolve day-to-day friction, provide concise comms.
  • LT support & cover: act as an extension of LT (OIC when required), produce decision-ready updates with clear narrative and recommendations.
  • Build bench strength: delegate, coach, create cross-cover and repeatable processes.
