We're currently looking for an experienced Service Designer to join one of our leading Telecommunications clients on an exciting transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and improve end-to-end customer experiences across a range of products and services, working within cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience working across multiple products, services, or customer journeys.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and user impact, with clear examples of how their work improved outcomes, engagement, efficiency, or satisfaction.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Deep expertise in creating and maintaining detailed service blueprints and mapping complex service ecosystems.
- Experience designing holistic end-to-end experiences that consider people, processes, technology, and operational requirements.
- A highly collaborative approach, working effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding and application of Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles and methodologies.
