We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SME Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. As the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, you will provide technical leadership across CRM transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and best practices. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams, you will define solution architectures, drive platform adoption, and ensure the effective use of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across Salesforce projects.
- Lead CRM transformation, integration, and platform optimisation initiatives.
- Define scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop CRM roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
- Mentor development teams and act as the escalation point for complex Salesforce challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Experience in Salesforce Architecture or Senior Salesforce Consultant roles.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Salesforce security models.
- Experience with data migration, governance, and release management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) desirable
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
