Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our clients SailPoint IdentityIQ framework. This role is an initial contract until the end of 2025 with future extensions available and will offer fully remote working. It will also be INSIDE IR35.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer-centric solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ framework.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to clarify project objectives and requirements.
- Engineer and deploy applications to meet or exceed performance and availability metrics.
- Execute load balancing, performance testing, and benchmarking.
- Contribute to coding, configuring, and customising SailPoint IIQ functionalities such as workflows, rules, connectors, and custom forms.
- Assist with onboarding new applications and systems into SailPoint IIQ.
- Automate manual tasks and improve data quality through regular analysis and validation.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs/KRIs for identity governance performance.
Key Skills
- Extensive experience in Identity Access Management with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with application onboarding, workflow development, and operations within IdentityIQ.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing IdentityIQ connectors for systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and Oracle.
- Experience customizing workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications within IdentityIQ.
- Implementation experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and strategies.
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into business-relevant language.
- Proven ability to work independently and within diverse project teams.
