We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in end-to-end video production. This role requires strong visual and storytelling skills, combined with hands-on video production expertise, to deliver engaging, high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities
- Create appropriate and creative visual direction while considering the customer's brand, context, and objectives for each piece of content.
- Develop storyboards and creative visual storytelling approaches in line with the overall storytelling direction and objectives.
- Design and animate motion graphics to bring stories to life.
- Plan, curate, or capture supporting video content.
- Integrate different forms of content into a cohesive edit and overall story.
- Deliver video content from concept to final delivery, including planning and managing all aspects of production.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Work across functions such as legal and marketing to ensure content complies with relevant guidelines.
- Maintain visual consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Essential Skills
- Motion graphics design and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D and Blender.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including video capture, sourcing, rendering, and editing.
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
- Ability to drive projects end-to-end, managing timelines, expectations, feedback, and iterations with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a sense of rhythm, composition, and colour.
- Knowledge of colour grading and the ability to create a cohesive look and feel across different content and formats.
- Understanding of technologies, ideally in the enterprise space, with experience creating content for this industry.
