Role purpose: Own delivery and governance for cross-control initiatives and coordinate BAU across Control Operations. Ensure no surprises execution, timely escalation, and leadership-ready reporting.
Core responsibilities:
- Front door for cross-control initiatives: intake/triage, define scope and plan, coordinate deliverables and dependencies, maintain RAID/trackers, run governance cadence, escalate blockers early with facts/options, provide timely status reporting.
- BAU coordination across the team: resource/capacity planning and cover, budget tracking/forecasting support, coordination and submission of packs/materials/metrics, improve ways of working (templates, reporting, governance hygiene).
- Stakeholder management: align partners across controls/risk/audit/ops/tech, land decisions, resolve day-to-day friction, provide concise comms.
- LT support exceeds by leading across boundaries as default owner.

Skills (minimum): Proven programme/project management in a regulated/controls/operations environment. Strong governance discipline (RAID, reporting cadence, action tracking to closure).
