- Establish and manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), overseeing governance, service delivery, and exit planning to ensure a smooth separation.
- Drive robust programme governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, financial oversight, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Hold workstream leads accountable for delivery against agreed milestones, budgets, and objectives, intervening early to resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior leadership, to support effective decision-making and delivery.
- Provide clear leadership and decisive decision-making, resolving issues independently and escalating only where appropriate.
- Ensure programme resources remain aligned to delivery priorities and broader business objectives, optimising allocation and utilisation.
- Maintain a relentless focus on delivery, commercial outcomes, and successful separation execution within tight deadlines.
- Operate effectively within complex and politically challenging customer environments, managing expectations and balancing competing priorities.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience delivering M&A programmes, including carve-outs, separations, divestitures, or post-merger integrations.
- Significant hands-on experience managing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), including governance, service delivery, and exit activities.
- Strong leadership background managing large programme teams and multiple workstream leads in complex environments.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience, including engagement with executive and board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate confidently within complex and politically challenging customer environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of programme financials, governance frameworks, and resource management.
- Track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised and delivery-focused approach, comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Strong programme management skills, including planning, risk management, and structured reporting.
- Solid project management capability, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

- background in programme management within enterprise-scale environments.
- experience leading cross-functional teams across Technology, HR, Finance, Commercial, and Operations.
- Exposure to AI-related initiatives within broader transformation or M&A programmes.
- Ability to bring fresh thinking and practical insight from multiple M&A environments.
- Confidence to operate autonomously, making decisions without constant executive support.
- Capability to challenge stakeholders constructively while maintaining strong relationships.
