Product Manager - AI & Digital Experience
12-Month Initial Contract | Hybrid Working | UK Wide
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing team focused on improving digital experiences and driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools across a large financial services organisation.
You'll work closely with users, technology teams, and business stakeholders to understand customer needs, prioritise product enhancements, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, writing user stories and defining requirements.
- Triage issues and enhancement requests, balancing user needs, business priorities, and risk considerations.
- Partner with Technology, UX, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance, adoption, and engagement.
- Influence stakeholders and communicate product roadmaps and priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Manager, or Product Owner.
- Strong background in user research, feedback analysis, and product prioritisation.
- Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and stakeholder expectations.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, or digital transformation programmes.
- Understanding of UX/UI and digital Experience best practices.
