We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team as a Global Operational Excellence Analyst on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the formation, planning, and execution of key operational projects across our newly formed global organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met, deliver actionable insights, and present clear conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders and to the VP of Order Operations. Responsibilities

  • Support the formation, planning, and execution of global operational projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Initiate a project that summarises Order Operations activities performed in each country to understand FTE split per activity, time spent on each activity, and perceived complexity of tasks performed.
  • Synthesize and present output into meaningful and actionable insights for management.
  • Establish KPIs and data metrics per country and for the global organisation supporting volumes, productivity, and headcount related metrics under the direction of the VP of Order Operations.
  • Support with the tracking and project management of all IT and process/continuous improvement initiatives in-country impacting Order Operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance to oversee delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct a review of existing landscape to understand approvals and workflows impacting order operations (Credit note approvals, discounting, etc.).
  • Document variances in approval authority and thresholds and work with the VP of Order Ops to make recommendations to the business.
  • Seek out training opportunities for the business and the team.
  • Work closely with Order Operations Managers to gain a deep understanding of country/regional operations, distil, synthesize, and present information.
  • Translate insights into meaningful actions and act as an Agent of Change.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom or London; you will have to go onsite twice a week.
