Role Outline
Onboarding Associates provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors, Sales partners , and internal teams. They are a contractorβs sole point of contact during the onboarding process and ensure that both Allegis Group and Client requirements are fully completed before starting an assignment.
They execute background checks , liaise with third parties, and resolve any discrepancies along the way. The Onboarding Associate reports directly to the Onboarding Manager .
Core Responsibilities
β Completion of candidate background checks (e.g. referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks)
β Adhering to Client & internal onboarding requirements
β Issuing contracts to candidates in line with company procedures
β Auditing & administration of documents to ensure policy compliance
β Conducting limited company checks before issuing contracts
β Performing peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs
β Attending internal training sessions on compliance & legislation
β Managing onboarding cases through a workflow tool
β Delivering high-level customer service to internal & external customers
β Updating contractor onboarding status for Sales partners & portal access
β Ensuring data entry accuracy and integrity
β Developing strong relationships with peers & Sales partners
β Advising consultants & contractors on policies & compliance
β Supporting ad hoc projects & duties as requested
