We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the transformation of our Reporting and BI and Chatbot teams towards a more agile approach. The Agile Coach will be responsible for proposing the optimum structure of the team, implementing agile methodologies, and guiding the first few delivery iterations to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of agile practices. This is a limited engagement of 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the teams to adopt appropriate agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Assess the current team structure and recommend changes to optimise for agile delivery.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members on agile principles, practices, and tools.
- Run the first few delivery iterations, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is effectively implementing agile practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and learning.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of agile processes and benefits.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of agile implementation and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies.
- Needs chatbot experience.
- Deep understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may hinder agile adoption and delivery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)) are preferred.
