Responsibilities
- Build and enhance complex Microsoft Dynamics components across multiple workflow areas.
- Develop API integrations and connect Dynamics to internal systems and AI agents.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Copilot within Dynamics.
- Establish automated testing frameworks, preferably using Playwright.
- Create new workflows for teams such as Data, VIN Filing, and Filing Management.
- Provide structured and in‑the‑moment training to internal developers, accounting for approximately 25% of the role.
Essential Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including custom workflows, plugins, and entities.
- Strong systems integration experience.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/Copilot in Dynamics.
- Expertise in automated testing, with a preference for Playwright.
