You will act as the product expert for asset management, workflow design, and approval processes, ensuring the platform enables efficient content management, experimentation, personalisation, and digital commerce across websites, apps, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customise Optimizely to support asset management, workflow, and approval processes for the brand and marketing team.
  • Design, build, and refine workflows within Optimizely to streamline the creation, review, and approval of digital assets.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Optimizely, advising stakeholders on best practices for implementation and configuration.
