The Role
Join as a UX / Service Designer at the heart of a product trio owning the end-to-end customer experience of a regulated payments platform. You’ll design critical journeys that drive enrolment conversion, trust, and regulatory outcomes — measured through real performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Enrolment & Onboarding: Design and optimise the full journey with a focus on conversion
- Payment UX: Own the one-tap VRP confirmation flow and customer-facing payment experiences
- Notifications: Design compliant, user-friendly communication journeys (reminders, updates, consent renewal)
- Discovery & Research: Lead dual-track discovery, validate designs with real users (incl. vulnerable customers), and shape delivery-ready stories
What We’re Looking For
- Proven UX experience in regulated sectors
- Strong Figma skills with production‑ready specs
- Experience designing transactional/payment journeys with measurable impact
- Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and vulnerable users
- Understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and/or Open Banking flows
- Comfortable in agile product teams and stakeholder‑facing environments
