We are partnering with a leading global payments organisation to hire a Senior Analyst / Manager within their outsourcing governance and service oversight function. This role sits at the heart of a centralised governance team, supporting regulated entities in meeting outsourcing, operational resilience and third‑party risk requirements. You’ll act as a key point of contact for a specific entity, ensuring governance frameworks are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outsourcing Governance & Risk Oversight
    • Support oversight of outsourcing policies and regulatory compliance
    • Contribute to third‑party risk assessments and classifications
    • Monitor SLA/KPI performance and escalates issues where required
  • Intercompany Agreement (ICA) Lifecycle
    • Coordinate end‑to‑end ICA lifecycle activities (new agreements, amendments, renewals)
    • Work closely with Legal, Risk, Finance and Tax stakeholders
    • Ensure strong governance, documentation and audit traceability
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned entity
    • Support service reviews, issue resolution and escalation management
    • Engage with senior stakeholders across business and governance functions
  • Monitoring, Assurance & Reporting
    • Track performance metrics and support incident/SLA reporting
    • Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory readiness
    • Support third‑party assurance reviews and evidence gathering
  • Data & Governance Reporting
    • Ensure accuracy of service and ICA data in governance systems
    • Contribute to reporting dashboards and process improvements

About You

  • Experience in outsourcing governance, third‑party risk (TPRM), operational risk or compliance
  • Background in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, consulting)
  • Strong understanding of vendor/out‑sourcing frameworks and controls
  • Exposure to SLA/KPI monitoring and service governance
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong documentation and governance discipline
