This role focuses on shaping and delivering people-centric change strategies that enable organisations to realise value from enterprise technology investments. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help define the change vision, develop practical roadmaps, and support adoption through tailored training and enablement initiatives. Using design-led and empathetic approaches, you will translate human insights into measurable outcomes and build scalable methods that support long-term self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to assess current change capabilities, map stakeholder landscapes, and co-create a compelling vision and case for change.
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end change strategies, partnering closely with clients and applying human-centred design principles and behavioural insights to drive transformation.
  • Align cross-functional teams around the change approach to ensure consistent adoption across the organisation.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on effective change leadership, strengthening sponsorship and visible support.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and metrics to enable sustained adoption and demonstrate value realisation.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and persona mapping to identify role-based impacts and inform training requirements.
  • Lead instructional design activities, including content planning and the development of process-driven, scenario-based training materials.
  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and end-user training to build internal capability and confidence.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms (e.g. surveys, evaluations) to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Integrate change and enablement activities into broader programme delivery in collaboration with project teams.
  • Travel to client sites where required for workshops, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Industry-recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, APGM) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Track record of leading Business Value, Design Thinking, or Human Centered Change workstreams, preferably for Salesforce Implementations.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of people-focused change to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and delivering structured training and enablement programmes.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior audiences.
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (required).
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when necessary.

  • Experience applying behavioural science or service design in change initiatives.
  • Ability to create role-based personas and map processes to training needs.
