This role focuses on designing high-quality training materials for Fanuc robotics systems. You will build employee capability in Fanuc robot operation, programming, troubleshooting, safe use and process-specific applications, creating both foundational and tailored training aligned to real manufacturing and repair processes. You will be supported by the L&D teams in creating these training materials.

Responsibilities

  • Review provided training topic lists, learning objectives and target audience requirements to fully understand the training needs.
  • Design and prepare comprehensive Fanuc robotics training programmes that build foundational knowledge and practical skills.
  • Develop or adapt training content, including presentations, exercises, training aids and delivery approaches, to match the requested training type.
  • Adjust the level of instruction to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced participants, ensuring all learners remain engaged and supported.
  • Create tailored Fanuc training modules specific to identified manufacturing and repair processes, such as blasting, welding and inspection.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive, hands-on expertise with Fanuc robotics systems, including operation, programming and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training content for learners at different skill levels.
