Job Title: Optimizely Developer Job Description This contract role offers an experienced Optimizely Developer the opportunity to support the delivery of a new website development project within a live, fast-paced programme. You will join an established team and quickly become productive, working independently to configure, develop and enhance the Optimizely platform across CMS and CMP. The position suits someone who is confident working in a remote delivery environment, can take ownership of technical tasks, and can add value rapidly without extensive onboarding. Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of a new website using the Optimizely platform. Work across Optimizely CMS and Optimizely CMP to configure, develop and enhance platform capabilities. Contribute to the development of website components and content management functionality. Implement improvements to the platform to support evolving business and user needs. Collaborate closely with the wider project team to deliver assigned development tasks within agreed timescales. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving build issues or platform-related problems. Support the project through build, testing, launch preparation and post-launch hypercare as required. Operate with a proactive approach, working with minimal supervision in a live project environment. Take ownership of technical tasks and contribute positively within a fast-paced delivery environment. Communicate effectively with remote team members to ensure smooth coordination and delivery. Essential Skills Proven experience as a Developer working with the Optimizely platform. Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS. Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMP. experience contributing to website development or digital platform delivery projects. Ability to join an in-flight project and become effective quickly. Ability to work independently and show initiative with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within remote delivery teams. Strong collaboration skills to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications experience within asset management is beneficial. experience within financial services is advantageous. CSS skills and front-end styling capability.
